All morning I was thinking of Chick-fil-a for lunch but since these are Desperate Times, decided to stay home and make me a quick inexpensive lunch. I love working from home. Sticking with the egg theme from last night, decided to make Spaghetti with Bacon and Eggs. Tossed with some balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese this was a quick; delicious and inexpensive lunch. And why is this blue dog always hanging about??? Oh yeah---bacon in my pockets. LOL.
