FUTURE FOOD:This is about a month into my square foot gardening which includes green chile, tomatoes, jalapenos, bell peppers, marigolds. lettuce, onion, cantaloupe, okra, cucumber, squash, carrots, radish and cilantro. Radishes will be my first crop to harvest. I'm so excited to harvest more and incorporate it into my cooking.
