SUPPER: What do you crave to eat when you were born a Texan but have moved away to California for some nine odd years? Why chicken fried steak of course! And Tip Top Cafe is probably the best in town. I mean just look at the size of that serving.
Shirley is in town visiting so we took her out tonight and the place was packed; we had to wait outside to get inside to eat. We found out later it was chicken fried steak night so that may have explained how busy it was but I have never been to this restaurant when I didn't have to wait to get in. It's just that good.
