Happy late birthday to the King---it was yesterday!On the verge of going to a hockey game tonight but that did not work out so stayed home and made comfort food instead. Meatloaf, smashed potatoes and steamed green beans---all fresh and super tasty. Mmm Mmm, just like Elvis's mama used to make I'm sure.
