Lemon Pork Loin, Zucchini with Green Chile and Rosemary New Potatoes

SUPPER:

It really is so hot outside but had to get rid of this pork loin before it spoiled. I originally wanted to grill it but made it indoors instead.

With my last batch of zucchini from my square foot gardening and rosemary from my sun garden, I came up with a meal for tonight.

Lemon pepper pork loin as my protein. Zucchini with green chile and rosemary baked new potatoes as sides and my meal was complete. Mmm Mmm I do declare I can cook.
